Naughty Norman Price has received a Joker Soaker, the most powerful water pistol in the world, and Sam reminds him not to waste water. He doesn't listen - he takes a pot shot at Tom Thomas and drenches Sarah and James. He's just about to give Dusty a drenching when he realises the dog has his head stuck in the railings. The reformed menace feeds the parched pooch water from his toy while Sam and the fire crew cut him free.
